About Me
I’m a Swiss gemologist and art historian with a deep love for both fields, especially when they overlap. My passion lies in grand, unique, or vintage jewelry and the dramatic elegance of European Enlightenment art. The darker and more theatrical, the better – as you can tell by this image, which according to OpenAI is my "very essence". Surprisingly enough, it did get my face right. What a great tool for people who don't like being too exposed...
At the end of the day, I just really love looking at beautiful things. Whether it’s examining gemstones under a microscope, wandering through museums, or staging jewelry photoshoots, I’m always chasing a world I can immerse myself in.
When I’m not absorbed by gems and art, I’m probably curled up with a fantasy novel, playing video games, cooking or hanging out with my (very large) puppy.
